Looking for a Second-Hand Unit?

Second-hand units come up from time to time as owners move on. They tend to go quickly and aren't always listed publicly before they're gone. If nothing above fits what you're after, get in touch and ask to be added to the waiting list. No obligation. Louise will be in touch if something suitable comes in.

Common Questions About Buying

How do I find out the price?
Prices aren't listed online. Call Louise or come down to the park and she'll go through the price and full spec directly. There's no guessing and no negotiating through a middleman.
Can I view a unit before committing to anything?
Yes, and it's encouraged. Drive up any time, walk the park, and see the available units in their setting. Most people find a visit answers more questions than a phone call does.
How quickly do units tend to sell?
It varies, but demand is consistent. Second-hand units in particular go quickly. If something catches your eye, it's worth enquiring sooner rather than later.
What's included in the sale price?
The unit itself. The annual site fee is paid separately and covers your pitch, rates and water. Gas and electric are billed individually on top of that. Louise will go through the full breakdown when you enquire.
Can I reserve a unit while I think it over?
Speak to Louise directly. There's no pressure to decide on the day, but popular units do move. If you're serious, a conversation with Louise is the right next step.
Do you sell lodges as well as static caravans?
Yes. Residential-spec lodges come up on the park from time to time, available on a 12-month licence. If you're interested in a lodge specifically, get in touch and Louise will let you know what's available or expected.
